VW LT35 MWB Fully Converted Campervan in Hastings, East Sussex for sale

Hi due to a change of circumstances I'm now having to sell my campervan which I had planned to spend a lot of time in during the summer traveling around the UK and surfing Its a 2004 LT35 2.5TDi MWB Hi Top with 3 berth with plenty of room inside to stand 240 and 12v electrics, sink, hob, cooker with grill and a large roof rack with ladder ideal for canoes, surfboards, paddleboards or anything else really! Registered with the DVLA as a motorhome so cheaper insurance, MOT and Tax until December I'll try and highlights the main points as honestly as I can in sections below so I don't forget anything but if you've got any questions please just ask and of course you are more than welcome to come and have a look! Outside Its a MWB Hi top generally in good condition, there is a small dent on the wing behind the sliding door and few age related marks but nthing major and doesnt detract from the overall look of the van Tinted windows in both sliding door and panel opposite Full Rhino roof rack with rear ladder, very strong and ideal for any large sports equipment canoes etc, (Over £500) Engine After driving the van for approx 500 miles the cambelt snapped on the old engine and after some investigation at the garage that was the end of that! The new engine is a 2.5TDi direct replacemet sourced from a van of the same age and same engine code which had covered 94,000 miles, the speedo shows 117,00 which was the mileage of the previous engine. Having this work done had obviously been a big job costing approx £2500 but leaves you with no worries as all the belts etc were obviously changed and a complete service done. I have receipts to verify all the work which has been done. Since this work has been done I have driven the van approx 20 miles and although not far appears to run very well as you would expect. I've started it a few times at different intervals and has always stated first time withot any problems and whilst running gets to a good temperature and stays there! The only problem this has caused is that the engine management light now flashes which is apparently quite normal after fitting and doesn't indicate a problem but it has to be reset by VW at a cost of £350 so at the moment its just covered by a small piece of tape as it gets a bit annoying! Inside The inside conversion has been done to very high standard using good quality fitting It has a seating and table arrangement which can easily seat 4 and has loads of storage under the seats, this then converts very easily into a very comfy double bed. Smev 3 ring gas burner Smev sink with tap and electric pump from storage tank in the back Smev cooker and grill 3 way fridge can run off gas, 240v or 12v Opening skylight in the back which also has a blackout blind on it Additional speakers under the seats Small spot lights as well as bright 12v light Separate 12v and 240v sockets Separate rear compartment with separate cupboards for the gas and electrics, water butt and additional storage space As I said Ive probably forgotten some bits but please feel free to get in contact if you want to come and have a look or have any questions!
